Facebook to Charge $2.99 Per Month Starting November 1 ?

According to National Report, Facebook is planning to charge its users 2.99 a month for using the facebook, and starting from November 1, the fee will be implemented. At aPress conference Facebook founder and CEO, Mark Zuckerberg stated that the social networking platform has rolled out their new monthly service plan.

According to the report, Zuckerberg said that they thought long and hard about this decision however but at the end of the day, they had no choice but to implement this monthly fee. According to Zuckerberg, If they don’t do something about their rising costs now, Facebook could face an financial burden i.e unrecoverable and therefore their social platform could become outdated.

Till now we found out that the report was a joke. But it is not. The report also included stating “This is excellent news for Facebook stock holders”. And He was also stated that even if 75% of members accept to pay for the service, approximately 1 billion members could bring in cash of more than $36 billion every month.

Furthermore, the report also included an interview on CNN, where a Facebook Paul Horner, explained the reason for their decision to start charging the monthly Amount and  He even stated that the economic times are very tight and the ads on their social platform are not profitable as they were supposed to be.

Facebook is also facing problems with more and more people are joining facebook everyday resulting in increasing in costs.He also stated, apart from regular pics, there are so many images of cats and storing the images is an increasing cost to the company.By hearing this news, Apparently not all of them but Most of them reacted with shock and some vowing never to use Facebook again.

After the news came out, number of Facebook users were wrath and most of them were started to express their anger towards facebook. However, soon after the report turned up to be a fake. Any how Most people would usually ignore posts like this on social media sites but this particular report contained links to a full news story, many was panicked to a great extent and people actually believed that it was true. Well, the Real truth is Zuckerberg’s Statements were all made up and this is not the first time by The National Report- The one of many satirical news sites and there are many such sites. So relax, and sit back, Facebook is not going to charge its users any amount.
